What types of courses do you offer?

All of our courses are delivered entirely online, allowing you to learn from anywhere with an internet connection.

We provide a wide variety of English programmes designed for different goals and proficiency levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to improve your everyday English, or preparing for an internationally recognised qualification, we have a course to match your needs. Our catalogue includes more than 45 learning pathways, covering areas such as general English, conversation practice, business English, writing skills, speaking confidence, one-to-one coaching, and exam preparation.

Every programme includes live speaking sessions led by qualified native English-speaking teachers. Grammar lessons are also available with experienced Italian instructors to provide additional language support.

Students enrolled in certification preparation programmes receive specialised training for exams such as IELTS and Cambridge Linguaskill. These courses include regular practice tasks, personalised feedback, and weekly assignments that are reviewed and corrected by your teacher.

Our English improvement programmes welcome learners at every stage, including complete beginners (A0) with no previous experience studying English.

Why are your courses flexible?

Our courses are designed to fit around your lifestyle. Instead of following a fixed timetable, you simply share your preferred days and times for lessons.

With a large team of teachers available throughout the day—from early morning until late evening, including weekends—we’re able to offer a wide range of scheduling options.

Since every lesson takes place online, you can join your classes from virtually anywhere using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.

This flexibility makes our courses suitable for busy professionals, university students, parents, and anyone looking for convenient, high-quality English lessons.

When can I schedule my lessons?

Before your course begins, you’ll choose lesson times based on your availability. At the beginning of each month, you can update your schedule if your availability changes.

Lessons are available:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your personalised timetable is always available in your online student portal. If unexpected circumstances arise, you can also reschedule or make up missed lessons whenever possible.

Are the lessons live?

Yes. Every lesson is taught live, giving you the opportunity to interact directly with your teacher and, in group classes, with your classmates.

To encourage active participation, group classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of four students.

All live lessons are recorded, allowing you to revisit previous classes whenever you want to review key concepts or reinforce your learning. You’ll also receive access to a wide range of digital learning materials that you can use at any time.

Where are the lessons held?

All classes are conducted online through Google Meet.

Your lesson links are automatically available in your personal calendar within our online learning platform, making it easy to join every session.

Who will teach me?

Lessons are delivered by qualified TEFL-certified native English-speaking teachers who are experienced in teaching learners from a variety of backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Our instructors adapt each lesson to match the needs and ability of their students, ensuring that everyone receives appropriate support throughout the course.

For beginner-level programmes and grammar-focused lessons, we also work with TEFL-certified Italian teachers who help students build a strong foundation in English.

Are lessons available in groups or individually?

We offer both group classes and one-to-one lessons, allowing you to choose the learning experience that suits you best.

Group classes are limited to a maximum of four students to encourage meaningful participation, individual attention, and interactive discussions with classmates who share a similar English level.

If you prefer personalised instruction, you can book private lessons and even choose to study with the same teacher throughout your programme when scheduling through our online platform.

How are classes organised?

Students are placed into groups according to their current English level to create a comfortable and effective learning environment.

By studying alongside learners with similar abilities, you’ll progress at a pace that suits your level without feeling overwhelmed or held back. Our teachers tailor each course to the specific needs of every group, ensuring a structured and supportive learning journey.

Will I have access to lesson materials after class?

Yes. All learning resources used during your course are uploaded to our digital platform and remain available throughout your enrolment.

You’ll also have access to lesson recordings, making it easy to review previous classes whenever you need additional practice or revision.

How long are the courses, and how many lessons are included?

Course length varies according to the programme you choose and your individual learning goals.

Most courses run between 3 and 6 months, with a total of 24 to 82 hours of instruction.

Depending on your selected programme, you’ll attend 2 to 6 hours of lessons each week. Private lessons may be scheduled as either one-hour or two-hour sessions, depending on the course structure.

Can I pause my course?

Yes. If personal, work, or study commitments require you to take a break, you can temporarily pause your course.

Simply contact our support team through the platform to arrange your pause. Together, you’ll decide when to suspend your studies and when you’re ready to continue. Once you return, you’ll resume your course from exactly where you left off, with no additional fee for this service.

Certifications

Which certification do you prepare students for?

We provide expert preparation for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), one of the world’s most recognised English language proficiency exams.

IELTS

IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge English. The exam assesses your English proficiency across four essential language skills:

  • Listening
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Speaking

Instead of a pass or fail result, IELTS awards a band score that reflects your overall English proficiency, ranging from Band 1 to Band 9.

The IELTS qualification is aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and is widely accepted by universities, employers, government agencies, and professional organisations around the world. Because every candidate takes the same exam regardless of their ability, your final band score accurately reflects your level of English, with the opportunity to achieve advanced proficiency equivalent to CEFR levels C1 or C2.

What do A1, B2, C1, and other CEFR levels mean?

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the international standard used to measure language proficiency. It classifies English ability into six levels, from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficient).

To help students choose the right programme, we group these levels into four learning stages.

A0–A1 (Beginner)

Designed for learners with little or no previous knowledge of English. At this stage, you’ll learn basic vocabulary, understand simple everyday expressions, introduce yourself, ask and answer simple questions, and participate in short conversations when people speak slowly and clearly.

A2–B1 (Elementary to Pre-Intermediate)

Students at this level can understand commonly used expressions and communicate in familiar everyday situations. You’ll be able to discuss topics such as family, work, education, travel, shopping, and daily routines while handling most common situations with increasing confidence.

B1+–B2 (Intermediate)

Intermediate learners can understand the main ideas of more detailed spoken and written English and communicate with greater fluency. You’ll be able to express opinions, explain ideas, and interact comfortably with native speakers in many personal, academic, and professional situations.

B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)

Advanced learners can understand complex texts, communicate fluently and naturally, and use English effectively across academic, professional, and social settings. At this stage, you’ll be able to produce well-structured written and spoken communication on a wide variety of topics.

Why should I obtain an IELTS certification?

An IELTS certificate is recognised internationally and can significantly improve your educational and career opportunities.

Many universities require IELTS scores for undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, master’s, and doctoral programmes. Employers also value IELTS as proof of English proficiency, while many immigration authorities use it as part of visa and residency applications.

Achieving a strong IELTS score can strengthen your CV, improve your employment prospects, and open doors to study, work, or live abroad.

Why choose IELTS?

IELTS is one of the most trusted and widely accepted English language tests in the world. It measures your practical ability to communicate in English across listening, reading, writing, and speaking, making it suitable for academic, professional, and migration purposes.

Because every candidate completes the same examination, your results reflect your current level of English through an internationally recognised band score rather than a simple pass or fail outcome.

Today, IELTS is accepted by thousands of universities, employers, professional organisations, and immigration authorities in more than 140 countries, making it one of the most valuable English language qualifications available.

Who issues the IELTS certificate?

IELTS examinations are administered and certified by the British Council and IDP: IELTS Australia. Your exam can be taken at an authorised test centre or online where available.

Your official IELTS band score is awarded exclusively by the official IELTS testing organisations.

How much does the IELTS exam cost?

The IELTS examination fee varies depending on your country and the test format you choose. The examination fee is separate from the cost of your preparation course and is paid directly to the official IELTS testing provider when you book your exam.

Can I take the IELTS exam through your academy?

No. Our role is to prepare you thoroughly for the IELTS examination by developing the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to achieve your target band score.

The official IELTS examination must be booked and completed through an authorised IELTS testing centre or approved online testing service. We’ll gladly guide you through the booking process when you’re ready to take the exam.

How long is an IELTS certificate valid?

IELTS results are generally considered valid for two years from the test date.

This is not because the certificate expires, but because your English proficiency may change over time. Most universities, employers, professional organisations, and immigration authorities prefer applicants to submit IELTS results obtained within the previous two years to ensure the scores accurately reflect their current language ability.

Our Refund Guarantee

How does the refund guarantee work?

Before your course begins, our teachers will assess your current English level and discuss your learning objectives with you. Based on your starting level, goals, and the number of lesson hours included in your programme, we’ll establish a realistic target for you to achieve by the end of the course.

We’re committed to helping you reach that agreed outcome. If you complete the course, meet all the requirements outlined in our Refund Guarantee Policy, and do not achieve the agreed target, you may be eligible for a 100% refund of the course fees you have paid.

Please note that all eligibility requirements and terms of the Refund Guarantee must be satisfied before a refund can be approved.

Can I receive a refund if I paid in instalments?

Yes. If your refund request is approved under the terms of our Refund Guarantee Policy, your payment method will not affect your eligibility.

Whether you paid the course fee in full or through instalments, any approved refund will be processed as a single payment for the total refundable amount.
